Like so many charts in recent days, weeks, months, IXR is following a downtrend and it will turn around when it turns around. No point trying to find a bottom.
I'd be paying attention when the SP tagged / breached that Bollie Band median line. The next 2 candles after that will give a fair idea of direction.
