I look at both charts, mainly candles though. All depends what you like, i.e. daily candle charts have the same limits as a 15 minute line chart etc. etc. I find reducing some of the volatility helps clear the picture up a bit though. I was trading some options in the US but I got a bit thinly spread time wise, so put it on the back burner for now.
