    Depends what system I'm trading with, time frame, required momentum etc.

    For TSO I'm looking at it with the GC system (Elliott confirmation for weight of evidence etc.) so uptrend is a simple as 65ema > 200ema.
    However, it's also good to have the daily and weekly MACD expanding above the zero line, dual time frame momentum produces stronger trends.
