I`ve got a small starter position on FBR which is based on the 9 ema rising above this long term trend line ..I feel good about this one because there's so much other bullish TA surrounding this spot (its also just done a 62% retrace to the 65 ema last week).. hurricanes in Florida have held up work and the expected news..but if the 9 goes back below trendline I`ll look for an exit.
