Yeah love that chart. Capital rotation is a very real thing, and there have been signs for a while that it's started.
The earliest sign for me was RUT; small caps are hard to get out of with large positions, and the 5-year consolidation shows the rotation out of the riskiest assets. While it was breaking down, money rotated into quality blue chips, and now it's rotatating into gold? The opportunity comes when that rotation extends into the other commodoties.
It's hard at the moment because of all the noise. It's going to take some patience and a zoomed out chart to navigate this one. Way too much noise on the daily for me to base any long positions on.
Its funny, the bond market is usually very boring to watch day to day, not at the moment though!
