To me QPM is just dancing down the bollie line and finding support at .11 at this stage. Macro markets are leading this at the moment. I'd be keen on this with any form of market reversal as I think it could get to .14 quite easily. I think it's one of the better stocks in that sector.
Currently RSI is at .27 so I'm a bit confident that .11 will hold.
