I actually did the same, the falling vol didn't look great to me. Not quite free carried though.
That looks good to me, seems to be confirmed with the volume profile as you have it labeled.
It also might be forming a larger pattern. I'm just not convinced what I have below is correct as it didn't really start trading until bottom of wave 2. If it bounces from 2.4 the next fib above will be pretty important.
