Judge for yourself, however it would appear, based upon available information, that institutional and large parcels by others with deep pockets have stepped up and driven the sp not small retail investors apparently. I doubt that such buyers would act with irrational exuberance whether they be here or OS based. Just my view, but the close today will be worth watching no doubt. esp.
