    Im hoping it back tests 16.5 & then up from there. There will be some liquidity around .18 but with some volume should push through fairly quickly, i'm looking for it to settle .21.

    If 16.5 doesnt hold then maybe back down to 14.5 as investors lose patience.

    Of course an announcement negative or positive will change the game completely.
