They may or may not be lodging patents around the world. It doesn’t matter to Archer. You can’t lodge the same patent can you!
They are also in different market segments for QC. Archer have stated recently they are aiming to put quantum chips in everyday devices such as mobile phones. A smidge different to a 25cm lunchbox!
There are many other companies and countries searching for quantum technology that are scalable and widely accessible.
This is not a concern.
