I've got a few stocks on my watchlist with very similar charts. For example, PTX, BRN. All including AXE are stocks I have held recently but not at the moment. What does that tell me? The charts summarise key data points of the trading in the stock (open, close, high, low, volume) which helps in assessing the probability of possible direction but I find I need to overlay my own risk assessment (macro-economic, market sentiment and personal/portfolio based). I wanna make money but I've got to make sure the bills get paid too.
