I get the fee retail guys are being sucked in to provide the likes of regal with an exit. Without this retail volume they would have been stuck in ADR for much longer.
If it was so so good - why are they selling so aggressively - regal also do hold longer term but haves decided against that strategy on this occasion - we need to find out their reason as to WHY?
