Charts are a helpful tool but the bigger picture is more important to me. Just buy if you think the stock is cheap based on its market cap. I've seen too many wait on the side-lines for an imaginary bottom and completely miss out.
Just think of those that could have easily bought for 13c for almost unlimited amounts but were waiting for cheaper.
