As I understand it, we are looking for a joint venture partner for the Sunrise project. Sam Riggall has repeatedly said that the investment by the JV partner will happen at the project level and that this will be tied to offtake. How much of the project is owned by the JV partner is anyone's guess. I think SRL shareholders will probably want to retain at least 50% of the project. Sam has repeatedly said that debt will fund about 50% of the project. Some funding may come from US Gov IRA funds. Sam has also repeatedly said there is no intention to raise more capital from shareholders.
