so two things mentioned it previously.
1. no demand, nothing is showing no demand, if anything distribution is being seen such as raise the sp 8 cents on 4 shares.
2. The other is the lack of liquidity. So as you say a entity decides to accumulate, they look at and realise they will raise the price, they accept that, but then do a risk assessment and notice if they do get in, and something delays finance or the equity partner, they have now raised the price and can’t get out!
so two things mentioned it previously. 1. no demand, nothing is...
