It would be worth looking back at the announcement(s) including the update to withdraw some statements to understand what exactly AEV has committed to deliver and to what point of the process(es) up to the finished product actually exist.

    Initial: announcement

Secondly it would be worth looking back across these announcements to see what the sequence of events that are required to get to the fartherst point in a timeline towards a finished product. You may well find the finished product for AEV at this stage may only be pre-conditioned prhosphate for feeding into an LFP plant. In other words AEV would be a key supplier of the phopshate feedstock.

IF and this is a big IF AEV gets itself in to a position in the design, development, construction and operating of an LFP plant in Darwin or some such other location in Australia then that will be so far down the track that at this point it is mere speculation or posturing at best and there is nothing binding at all in any arrangement to indicate it's likely existence in the form it has been eluded to inthe announcement.

What is clear and definitive is the DSO focus such that the finished product for the current stage of AEV's evolution is a minimum standard crushed phosphate rock to be provided to another party somewhere north of Darwin. Even this small step has an outstanding update on the status of various elements of that focus, including: DSO Mine Map; Mine Management Plan; FEED; and a Mining License from the NT Goverment (nothing can start before this is issued). Even then there are other things to be produced before what is in the subsequent paragraph, including funding....funding for what exactly we might all think we know but it hasn't been stated clearly and then...the major point of an offtake agreement as in the next paragraph.

The remaining puffery were; DSO offtake, indigineoous mining camp negotiations, logistics discussions from the tenements to Darwin as none of these can start prior to those critical elements in the prior paragraph above and are highly speculative and subject to funding which depends on....wait for it...what is contained in the prior paragraph.

So there is no phosphate "finished product" other than what has been informally scribbled down on a used napkin. It may be a long term target, albeit somewhat fanciful but if nothing else it has kick started AEV to be relevant, again.

It needs to stay singularly focused on the DSO focus, so for now its finished product as an array of binding documents, consents, approvals, mine designs, financial models etc etc....

If you get your head around that and want to trade on the tidal moods of the share price then you are well ahead of the majority of the fine learned posters that frequent this place amongst other hideouts like under bridges, rocks, local shubbery and in the water of murky ponds.
