    Taking a dump after a pump is par for the course .... I'd start to worry if it kept going .

    Some had undoubtedly got a sniff of the permit decision judging by the incoming Vol pre - Ann & would have been all over it like a fat kid on a cupcake .... traders can't hold forever .
