the key in any investment in the resource space is to be on the lowest cost curve. This is especially case as prices drop. This is the beauty of Mei. Having an outstanding resource within a low cost environment which Brazil offers is extremely advantageous to compete with China. Is it not unusual that when china restricted exports of rare earths - the prices should technically have increased. Yet now the prices are dropping. Imo, it makes it difficult for most mines to survive. The ionic clay resources offer the cheapest.
