Appears money moved out of small/mid cap and into large caps due to risk. Could be a number of factors, increased risk of recession, central banks pushing forward rate cuts etc. If you look at the S&P500/NASDAQ it's really being dragged higher by the magnificent 7 minus Tesla, all other stocks have really been stagnant.
