ECT is a very long way from getting right onto the ground and start doing the work. They havent completed a feasibility study, nor proven Coldry at a decent scale, let alone demonstrate how that leads to clean Hydrogen.

If they are very lucky they might get a design grant.
Talk of a $30M to $70M grant for ECT is, and always has been, complete nonsense IMO.
