Pretty unbelievable in my view given that most would agree the company would instantly become at least a $60-$70m cap as soon as land access and drilling occurs (if not more).

My understanding is if the land owner tries to drag it out she could be forced to grant access anyway. Logic would say that it’s in her interests to negotiate a favourable economic agreement for access.

Hard to imagine there could be many wanting to sell below 3 cents a share but every day it seems another muppet wants to dump stock, so we wait and see what happens again tmrw.

Whose this she you're talking about> Is there any credible suggestion that a landholder is resisting access? Also from my recollection the deal to buy the achillese project was contingent on TMG getting land access and TMG wont make the next payment unless access is secured.
