The chart we have is a double bottom = bullish, no such thing as a W formation really as that happenes when you have a double bottom which again is bullish, here are some examples,
You see on how TMG, its mainly breaking the first resistance is key, which we have, the second resistance will retrace then go up , as you can see in both your chart and the chart below where it has a few red bars before going up again ( this is normal)
another example, key is to break neckline which we have.
