The eventual price TMG needs to pay for Shelley's land isn't particularly relevant for current shareholders IMO.
Once land access is achieved (I'm not saying it will be this month or next, but I do think its almost a certainty if it goes to arbitration) and some drills get in the ground, the SP will be multiples above the current level - long in advance of TMG needing to actually purchase the land in question.
