Most of that 74m is fake orders down at 0.001 and 0.002.
Even now at 8:30am - it's showing 35m buy side, but 10m of that is 0.001 and 0.002.
Buy / sell depth isn't reliable for the above reasons - i.e. anyone can manipulate it but the manipulation has nothing to do with the actual demand (or lack thereof) of the stock.
