It is today thanks to the tag from acw..I see it this way.. a trend is only as good as its last ability to break through a 62% Fib and then hold that level on a retrace (during an up trend this is the reoccurring pattern)...in this case that last 62% Fib was back in late March a lovely big break up through 073c..but on the retrace it failed to hold this Fib level and pierced right through it with an impulse wave (5 wave decline)...the recent attempt to break that same Fib again was met with resistance ..So  Id like to see price getting above this important level and then firmly holding there..before doing any forward measurements.
