Yup. Bot trading. Look at the actual course of trades, it's a steady stream of zillions of tiny trades. Apparently we are vulnerable to getting manipulated down, so that shares can get scooped up without causing the SP to go stratospheric right away.
Of course, this strategy is unsustainable. If everyone just sits tight on their shares, the SP will have nowhere to go but up.
