I depends upon whether you are long or short term. IMHO it is likely to be chartist (or clairvoyants) reading tea leaves and got little to do with fundamentals. Right now there appears to be an absence of news. The next triggers are likely to be:

Delivery of the DoE RFP for HALEU
Success in the DoE RFP (or likely part success) - a big one
Passing a bill in US Congress that reduces (and eventually stops) Russian U3O8 purchases
Start of commissioning of the TRL/6 test loo
Successful commissioning of the TRL/6 test loop (the big one)
Commitments to purchase 26% of GLE by Cameco - it will take another 12 months for US government approval

For a shorter (not me) I would not like to get caught with my pants down on most of the above events but many shorters will (IMO) have little idea of the fundamentals - they will be looking at charts and no doubt fitting a "cup and handle" or "head and shoulders" to it and acting as the clairvoyant utters - probably a 50/50 chance of it going up or down - toss a coin.
