Personally, I don't think a chart nor the traders are going to be able to tell you where the share price will be in the next 6 months with this particular company.
I think more likely, in that timeframe, It will be in the hands of the people who are starting up the Wilmington test loop and what results they can deliver from the program that will dictate share price.
It's a pretty highly classified bit of technology, so I'm comfortable that information will be released properly as the programe advances.
