I don't really understand what you're getting at or if you're taking the Mickey out of me or my charting so please explain.

While I'm at it the head & shoulders is still in play IMO as 13c wasn't touched. The SP has returned to the downtrend line.

As this is such a volatile stock I don't have a problem with the fact that both shoulders aren't the same depth, anyway, they're both about the same distance from the neckline.

When you work with pattern timeframes as short as 3 days on daily charts you have to take a bit of license when judging them - or you can ridicule them...
