We have two mining operations happening and we have other projects such as Pennys Find and Cannon in the pipeline, what we need now is information on Black Swan mill. We need to see Black Swan mill preliminary estimates of cost and a new operational time line. The mill can be operational before our ore goes through it.
Our management is paid a lot of money, all of the main people are on huge salaries and they need to be working flat out to earn that pay grade. Forget about performance rights and option incentives the amount of money these people get paid is enough to incentivise them to KEEP their jobs. If they can not perform and keep us informed about whats going on then we need to get people that will.
