I have been saying that we have a US$5M loan due for payment in May 2025, that is not correct, it's due date has been extended to 29 Nov 2025. That new maturity date give us some breathing space but I sure hope we pay the loan out rather than convert to very cheap $0.042 shares.
The loan plus any unpaid interest, currently A$9,736,326 can be convertible into shares at the lenders discretion at $0.042 per share. If the lender choose to convert it would add about 232 million shares to the register and that would be a new significant holder with 9.8% of shares on issue (based on the half yearly accounts).
