    'If subject to FIRB' are the key words,Lowkey.If not, then chillicapital's point will be very relevant.To avoid this scenario, I feel paying the loan off is the best option as a share buyback to counteract the dilution would be too onerous for the reasons put forward by Mr K. And it would most certainly be taken advantage of by our predator.
