    This convertible loan has this two headed snake attached.

    (1) If the loan is paid out early it triggers the early payment amount divided by 4.2 cent options expiring in 24 months.
    (2) The lender can convert the loan balance at any time into 4.2 cent shares.

    The loan was extended by 6 month and is due 29th Nov 2025.
