If someone emails HRZ management asking for the latest top 20 holders, they will send it. They are obliged to do so. Then we can see if Tomboys post is correct which I think has very good merit. Shorters at 3-6% depending on the day, are not the reason this stock is yet to break out like our gold producing peers. There is more to this story. A large holder slowly exiting or some entity(s) accumulating as low as they can force it. Maybe they are even working together to ensure a smooth changeover at a mutually agreed share price range. Whatever the case, it cannot last forever and the best thing retail can do, is take advantage while we are still in ultimate bargain range imo.
