Proper shorting shouldn't be a factor in this stock,fuhc46.And it isn't the amount of the 'shorts', but their strategic placement and timing that are important.
With the POG at at very high levels and the company banking much better than anticipated returns,no one in their right minds would be making a genuine 'short' on HRZ,unless they've detected something awry in the company the rest of the market doesn't yet know.
I have the greatest respect for properly constructed charts.To me they would be 'de rigeur' for traders and full time investors. And if you are aware of the determining factors in the share price, they can be useful in providing evidence of what market forces-legal or illegal -are at play.
