Any news of directors buying up would be bigger than anything Imo. After the past few years of management failures, any news of directors buying up would get a lot of confidence returning. Will it be enough to save them when voting takes place later this year? Will they buy up closer to the AGM to make sure it is fresh in investors minds or will they periodically be buying up in the months to come to keep the market happy and build back support? Lots of questions but if they want to keep their jobs, they need to keep performing and showing a proactive attitude Imo.

They may be eyeing off performance rights shares, coto. If everything comes to fruition,they'd have a case they'd earned them. Unlike the GSR mob, who're awarding themselves performance rights for nil performance.
