Excellent thought, I would like add that the criteria for performance should include and heavily weighted based on share price improvement. All of the management takes home a salary for their work. I would expect that to cover their tasks, performance bonus should be based on exceeding expected effect on the share price. This means, it is time for the management to exit. A small action now is not an excuse retaining them. we should ensure capable and appropriate persons are supported. Also, merger is not in the interest of both companies (or it is not visible, good if someone can show), hope the GSR friends can do their bit and let the Horizon SH get their house sorted in the mean time.
