Correct!
Some things do not deserve additional chances and what they did the past few years to take their eyes off the major prize and stop working on the gold side of the business was disgraceful. 3-4 years of waste and 10's of millions of lost revenues in gold production. Not to mention the stress on the bottom line, forced to take an additional loan and having to divest quality gold landholding to make ends meet etc. If an everyday employee made a mistake to that degree, they would be shown the door the next day.
Mind you, if directors bought up $1mil of shares on market together and forced the price up 10c plus it would show some confidence and might create some better feelings towards them across the register!
