Thks for sharing. Had not seen that clarification before. I know I commented (at the time) that there was no audit of the tolling or reason for cancellation at the time.

So the same concerns on the new jv. What's in this new hrz / fmr agreement to ensure it is a 50/50 sharing of profits or losses. As no detail provided we may have same outcome. Eg. Is it a mine and toll or just toll?

It comes back to do we trust management. Each holder must make that decision.

i hope the new merged structure is good, time will tell.
