The 1 year chart looks pretty unhealthy.
Is APAC selling off their stake because of their association with Shougang and that the FIRB will not allow Shougang ( including associates ) to hold more than 50% once deal is done ?
It will take some time for APAC to unload their total holding at the current rate with very little turnover.
They would have to keep the price down low to attact sufficient buyers to unload large quantities.
Just a theory to the selling.
