The theory that you put forward about APAC having to unload to satisfy FIRB conditions certainly rings true to me. BUT I find it a bit hard to accept that they would slowly feed them into the market like this as opposed to just FINDING A HOME for them. Perhaps they are determined to be SQUEEKY CLEAN for when it finally comes to fruition. Stranger things have happened.
