Um i'm a little concerned u took my greta comment seriously. Anyway in absolute short ,when demand exceeds supply u increase supply. We have gas and coal developments ready to increase supply narrabri and NA3. I entered NHC in Nov 21 the sp was 2.10 and div .13 cents i'm guessing i don't believe many predicted the wind fall that was to come with record coal/gas prices including the previous govt..
Then it came and the obvious thing to do is increase supply with ready to go narrabri and NA3 but with domestic reserves and capping in place for these new projects so santos and nhc understand the conditions placed on their investment. Again simple for some.Not for those against fossil fuel development.
