But hang on a sec. Isn't Canberra 100% non-coal power according to the mugs running the local government there. Believe the rhetoric about the low cost of renewables so there is so much scope to slug just Canberra with an energy tax. They can even make it "temporary" for the moment because everyone knows that politicians can simply change "temporary" into "permanent".
