Just to clarify and validate my estimate of the shares afloat at the time of the massive "pump"

G88's float sits at 329m shares.

24 September 2018 the float sat at 41m shares.



That is an increase of 7.6x...
There is 7.6x more shares of G88 since 24 September 2018.
This is common across the micro-cap sector, it is one of the only ways a company receives funding,

Ever wonder why SP always touches CR price? Not because of selling, no, because your shares have literally been de-valued.

This DILUTES investors, reducing their voting power. And this is why you shouldn't "hoddl" micro-caps...

More to the point, ALL micro-cap mining stocks rely on "stories" to attract investors. These stories go in waves (some good, some bad), it's also how management is paid (They don't produce, so obviously their income is linked to what they uncover in their projects). Look at every micro-cap, and they have all probably started on the same foot...

A "massive pump"...

Because what happens when there is high demand and low supply?!?!
I'll use the exact same example as Trade4Profit88, except I'll actually provide the facts...



Now if you were just to "zoom in" @T4P88, you'd understand if you time your entries, after CR's etc, everything just happens on a "smaller scale" to simplify my explanation, it's relative to where you entered.

It takes more money, to move more shares.
It takes less money to move fewer shares, this inherently creates "spreads", (differences in bid and ask price) spreads mean the price can move rapidly, bringing me back to square one... Volatility and lack of liquidity.
