you are wrong again.
for the example you used, a 2.8B SOI stock, it maybe not able to hit $1 per share when they release good news, but it may hit $0.01 or $0.02 or $0.05...etc and the starting point maybe from $0.001 or $0.002, it's all depedning on what the s/p was before the jump, so from $0.001 to $0.01+ that is about 1000% gain and if you compare this to G88 back in 2017 it also made +1000%, so this shows that the SOI means nothing when the stock wants to move higher.
