Not sure what calendar you are looking at but June last year is is longer than a year.
Everything you said means nothing unless management acts on it. Having cash in bank means nothing if they are just going to just pay them selves management fees year on year (refer to annual report).
"What else do I want from management"? a little bit more communication would be nice or just a project update. I think as SH we are warranted to ask for that. Posting on here daily with all these questions falls on deaf ears, rather wouldn't it be better redirecting this at the people who matter? (management).
Fun fact, Charles and the team at GTT ventures is an investment group; their primary objective is to raise capital not dig up stuff from the ground. You can interpret this info however you like.
