This will come as a shock to you but all the banks and financial houses (eg CBA, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs etc ) use charts
And when a company does a capital raise ( you know, money to do stuff ) there is reference to a VWAP (Value Weighted Average Price) always,, and theres reference to chart support levels also to set the price of the offer.
