Agree with all the rationale on synergies Spec the only question mark I have is timing. Not sure they will wait until after the PFS ..... they are already being accused of dropping the ball on their timing. Some thoughts below:
If the revised broker sp targets are on the money, $1.93 for SPR and now $2.60 for RMS, any delayed TO will cost RMS more than a 1:1.
If SPR push the button on long lead time items to suit their Mine Plan, ie SL's 'Option A', some of the synergies may be lost.
3 - 4 months of SPR news flow creates a big risk for RMS given the volume of drilling being undertaken by SPR.
SL's own comments relating to us knowing 'fairly shortly' ...... maybe a throwaway line .... maybe not.
Do we know when the drill drive will reach NN & Pepper? will that be prior to the PFS release? SL's comments on whether SPR will own it by the time the drill drive reaches the orebody. Again may be throwaway line.
Just have this feeling it will be sooner than mid year. Just a guess though ....... and trust me you will have a better idea than me!
