SPR has announced nothing significant since the merger … if anything they discounted the go it alone option and pushed it out in time … meanwhile RMS pushing $3, and has made material announcements…. the independent expert report is thus more likely to recommend the merger to SPR holders … a big discovery would upset that calculation perhaps. Just lucky for management I guess drill baby drill lost their mojo just when they did… imho
