And by their maths (I’m going to call them ‘the red cordial gang’, the newcomer (Ramelius implied) nows owns 13.6% of Spartan or 12.9% after performance rights are executed
.….. And that four months stay until any takeover offer is allowed to be presented came with a warning on not to expect the price to keep climbing due to takeover speculation…..
(Along with speculation that maybe the buyer does not actually have take over intentions, just wants a fat stake in an EXTRAORDINARY (apologies to @Undaunted) project).
Interesting times and excellent to see the ‘safety levels’ here rise ever higher - 13% of the company costing 89c a share must give a solid lift to the rest of us, even by my maths!
